NOTICE
WHEN YOU START THINKING INSTITUTES, BUSINESSES AND PEOPLE JUST CANNOT GET ANY DUMBER OR MORE STUPID THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE SOMEONE OR SOME INTERPRISE MORE THAN WILLING TO STAND UP AND PROVE THIS TO BE WRONG. HERE IS ANOTHER ONE FOR YOU, OUR MR. PAUL CRAWFORD HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY THE BANKING OFFICIALS THAT OUR LONG TIME ACCOUNT FOR THE "CLASS OF ’62" CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS MADE OUT TO “PAUL CRAWFORD, C.P.A.” AS A BUSINESS ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE ESTABLISHED. HE AND THE BANK CAN STILL ACCEPT CHECKS FOR DEPOSIT MADE PAYABLE TO THE ORDER OF “PAUL CRAWFORD” BUT THE “C.P.A.” MUST BE REMOVED OR DROPPED.
THEIR EXPLANATION IS WHEN “C.P.A.” IS AFFIXED TO THE NAME THEN IT HAS TO BE A BUSINESS. WE ARE WONDERING IF THAT APPLIES TO LAWYERS, DOCTORS AND EXCETRA, I.E., DR., M.D., ESQUIRE AND ON AND ON. OH WELL, WE ARE JUST PASSSING ALONG THE NEWS AND REQUESTING THOSE THAT HAVE YET TO SEND IN THEIR MONEY OR CHECKS FOR THE REUNION THAT IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER FOR US IF YOU WOULD MAKE YOUR CHECKS PAYABLE TO: PAUL CRAWFORD.
PAYMENT NOW SHOULD BE PAYABLE TO “PAUL CRAWFORD”
NOT TO “PAUL CRAWFORD, C.P.A.”
I DON’T GET IT EITHER, MAYBE THE BANK JUST WANTS TO MAKE A FEW EXTRA BUCKS FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT. NOW THIS IS JUST MY GUESS!
REUNION 55 IS ON...
Betty Mickelson Held is currently stuffing envelops for those of you requesting notification via snail mail on this event. We will attempt to cover the rest of you that expressed interest as well via newsletter and notification. Betty assures me the first mailing will go out on Monday the 20th of March. Give it a week or so and if you have not received yours and wish to receive a newsletter then contact either Betty or I. The time, place and events are now planned and contracted. We thank you for your interest and look forward to seeing you in the fall of this year.
With Love, Jimmy Kramer
CRACKER SUPPER REUNION
We did not win the trophy for most attendees at this years "Cracker Supper" as the Class of '64 won this year. With that said, we (our Class the Class of '62) was presented a beautiful trophy recognizing our five (5) year championship in winning this prized title. You can see this trophy at the Largo Feed Store as it will be on display in the museum where the Largo Area Historical Society meets regularly.

THE CLASS OF ’62 WINS AGAIN!
It was great seeing so many of our friends and classmates at the Cracker Supper the evening of 12 March 2016. We had twenty-six classmates and friends breaking an all time record for the most Classmates in one class to attend the Cracker Supper event put on by the Largo Area Historical Society every year.
Our Class keeps possession of the coveted trophy for Most Attendees for the fifth year in a row, starting with 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and now 2016. Several classes are nipping at our heels but we remain out front and the winner. Congratulations to all and it was great fun being together again…
WINNER AND SUSTAINING CHAMPS…
The L.H.S. Class of ’62 was a runaway winner again for the fifth year in a row of “Best Attendance” to the Cracker Supper for 2016 and winning the coveted trophy for one more year. Love You Folks and as Jackie Gleason would say, “YOU ARE THE GREATEST!”
Here is the Progress on the NEW L.H.S.
At 9:00 AM on Friday, June 27, 2014, the demolition of our beloved Largo High began. See the following photograph.
Now we say goodbye to an old friend. Some wonderful memories were made there for many of us. I salute the teachers and the facilities of our time at Largo Senior High School.
The demolition continues as it looks like both B and C Wings are now down...
Below is a drawing of the “new Largo High” that will replace the one being torn down, our Largo High.
This is an artist concept of the “new Largo High” or proposed Largo High that is to be built.
Here are the interum classrooms for the next couple of years at Largo Senior High School...
Should be a real hoot on rainy days to go from one class to another...
I still feel like someone is taking something from me and there's nothing I can do about it. Oh well....
