Canyon High/Randall High Class of 1989 20 Year Reunion

 

Well it’s been twenty years since we graduated from high school.  Can you believe it? We are having our reunion on July 24-25,2009.  We hope that you will be able to attend.  The schedule for the reunion is listed below. You can download it here for easy printing!

 

Friday, July 24

6:00 – 8:00 pm Meet and Greet at the Will Rogers Range Riders, 8829 S. Washington. 806-622-2102.

After the meet and greet everyone is invited to come out to Rounders, 2801 Virginia Circle,  owned by RHS Alumni, Lonnie Hillhouse.  There will be no cover charge if you wear your nametag.

 

Saturday, July 25

11:00 – 1:00 Picnic/Family time encourage you to bring your kids Medi-Park Area 6. This area is between the Discovery Center and the Botanical Gardens.  

After the picnic our own Bridgett Pender (Gervasi) has made arrangements for us to buy tickets at the Don Harrington Discovery Center. The cost of the tickets will be $2.00 per person.

 

 

6:00Reunion Banquet at Will Rogers Range Riders, 8829 S. Washington.

6:30 – Group pictures

7:00 – Dinner (Casual Dress)

8:00 – 12:00 Dance

 

The cost of the reunion will be $35.00 for singles and $55.00 for couples. These are the early bird prices, if your money is postmarked by June 26, 2009. Registration after this date will be $10.00 more.

 

We will be putting together a reunion book and would really like to have your information.  Even if you do not plan to attend the reunion, send the information sheet back so that your information is included in the book. You may purchase a copy of the book even if you do not attend. The cost is $10.00.  Those attending the reunion will receive a copy of the book. We are also in need of pictures from high school, junior high and elementary that we can incorporate into the book and the banquet. We would like to use “then and now” pictures, if you have a copy of your senior picture and a current photo, please send them in along with your registration forms or email them to tlcox1@sbcglobal.net.  Include your name on the back as well as identifying information (people, place, situation, etc).  Pictures will be returned to you at the reunion or mailed back to you if you do not attend.

 

If you own/manage a business and would like to help out with the cost of the book by purchasing an ad please send a business card or a copy of the ad you would like to place along with the reunion registration.

 

The picnic on Saturday afternoon is B.Y.O.F. Bring along your own chair and blankets.

 

The banquet on Saturday evening is intended for adults only.  We will have group pictures at 6:30.  You may purchase a picture at the banquet separately for $10.00 (5 x 7).  Dinner will start at 7:00 pm followed by a dance from 8:00 until midnight. The banquet will be B.Y.O.B. Tea and water will be served.

 

We are asking that everyone go to www.classcreator.com/Canyon-TX-1989 and create a profile.  A list of our missing classmates will be on there along with reunion information.  When the reunion is over there will be a link so we can all download our picture to one central location.  This site will also be a great way for all of us to keep in touch after the reunion.
