SO MUCH TO LOVE IN JUST 4 YEARS
With so many memories made, when you remember high school, what makes you smile the most?
1. THAT ONE TEACHER WHO REALLY GETS YOU
Teachers are the backbone of education. Without them, where would we be? We all know one or two teachers that we will always remember with love.
2. YOUR FRIENDS
High school is a time where you meet lots of people. Lifelong friendships were created here — because no matter where you go after this chapter, your roots are always at home.
3. THE YEARBOOK
The people that signed your yearbook, help you to remember your best friends, your crushes, and even special teachers. The best thing is, you never look old in your yearbook photo!
4. FRIDAY NIGHTS UNDER THE LIGHTS
Spending Friday nights underneath the bright spotlights cheering for the “Wildcats” was great. It was the one night of the week when the entire community came together in the fresh air to watch a game of football.
5. GET YOUR GROOVE ON
School dances, homecoming, and prom are nights that you are remembering for the rest of your life. It is the first time that most of us danced slowly with the one we love.
6. CLUBS, ACTIVITIES, EXTRACURRICULARS
Spanish Club, DECA, volunteering, etc., were good resume boosters. The clubs, activities and organizations allowed you to explore new interests, and had an impact you. Plus, they were a lot of fun.
7. HOMECOMING WEEK
We’ve got spirit, yes we do! We’ve got spirit, how ‘bout you? Who doesn’t like wearing PJs to class or dressing up as a cartoon character? Spirit week was one of the most fun highlights of the year.
8. COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Everyone coming together to support the students and the school, while taking pride in our home town, made Pound people the best “Wildcat” supporters around.
9. SENIOR YEAR
It was the year of “last” moments. A time when you cherished your friendships, played a senior prank, and for some, you put on your uniform one last time before a game. Walking across that stage into the next chapter of your life. Anxious for it to be over, and years later wishing you could turn back time.
