Felony aggravated murder and kidnapping charges were made against Robert Ben Rhoades, a 60-year-old former truck driver from Houston who is now serving a life sentence in Illinois.

Candi was so much fun. May she rest in peace in the hands of God after such a horrible and tragic death. So often, she and I would always get caught laughing in the back of history class. In fact, I always looked forward to class almost entirely due to the fact that Candi was there to laugh and joke with. She was so nice, and very much missed.
